Job summary

Cundall in Ireland is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Critical Systems Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team. You’ll contribute to the design of sustainable building services across education, healthcare, and data centres, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

You’ll develop skills in ventilation, cooling, heating, and energy modelling, with accredited development programmes from CIBSE and IMechE to progress toward chartership.

Qualifications

• On target to achieve at least a 2:2 degree.
• Desirable if accredited with or on course to achieve a BEng/MEng degree level (or equivalent).
• Passion for innovative and sustainable mechanical engineering for the built environment.
• Desire for personal and professional development with ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Join a team that designs some of the most exciting construction projects in Ireland and worldwide.
• Provide specialist consultancy input on projects across education, healthcare, workplace, retail and data centres (critical systems).
• Undertake detailed mechanical building services engineering design and analysis under guidance.
• Translate clients’ needs into designs for buildings, facilities and services (ventilation, cooling, heating, etc.).
• Develop professional skills towards chartership with accredited development programmes from CIBSE and IMechE.
