Boston Scientific Ireland Graduate Programme is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Deployment Analytics Analyst on a defined-term basis (23 months) to join our Clonmel team. You will learn from experienced colleagues, contribute to innovative medical technologies and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science essential.
• Graduated within past two years or final year of university.
• Interest in medical technology, manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop deployment readiness dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Analyze deployment metrics and trends for insights.
• Support executive reporting and PowerPoint presentations.
• Create deployment performance scorecards and scorecard governance.
• Validate AI-generated reports and standardized KPIs.
