Qualifications

Hon Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science is essential.
Graduated within the past two years or currently in the final year of university.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the initiative to contribute in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Build quality into all aspects of your work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Assist in defining and implementing quality standards and specifications and help ensure corporate and regulatory requirements are met.
Identify and resolve moderately complex exceptions to work assignments.
Participate, as required, in new product and technology transfers to gain valuable experience and exposure.
Apply knowledge of Six Sigma, statistical analysis and Lean principles to investigate and solve problems and improve quality.
Demonstrate familiarity with validation techniques and associated regulatory requirements, including the analysis of customer feedback and complaints.
Understand and proactively support environmental management requirements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to support day-to-day operating requirements.
Demonstrate best practices aligned with department and site objectives.
