Job description
Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Managers to join our team within the building envelope sector, working on exciting construction projects involving façade systems, roofing, cladding, glazing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in project management and construction delivery.

You will assist senior project managers in coordinating the delivery of building envelope packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and managing building envelope packages from pre-construction through to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support the preparation and tracking of project programmes, schedules, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, site activities, and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Participate in site meetings, take minutes, and report on progress/issues
  • Manage documentation, including RFIs, drawings, submittals, and QA/QC records
  • Assist with procurement and logistics of materials
  • Track and report project costs, variations, and changes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of MS Project or similar tools is an advantage
  • Interest in the building envelope sector (cladding, glazing, façades, roofing, insulation)

Desirable

  • Internship or placement year experience in construction or façade/cladding industry
  • Understanding of building regulations and façade system types
  • Full driving licence (if travel to sites is required)
