Ballymore is offering a graduate Quantity Surveying programme designed to give extensive exposure across planning, development and on-site construction management. You will be mentored throughout a two-year structured training path to support your professional development and MSCSI chartership ambitions.
We’re seeking graduates for September 2026 who hold a Bachelors in a SCSI-accredited subject and who are eager to contribute ideas, work in a team, and communicate effectively.
Ballymore is a developer with vast and varied experience, acknowledged as pioneers of some of Europe’s largest regeneration projects.
Today, after 40 years in business, we are one of Dublin and London's most innovative and dynamic property developers, having completed more than 7,000 homes in the UK and Ireland in the past five years. Our residential portfolio pipeline gives us the capacity to add a further 15,000 homes to meet future demand, and we’re adding to our commercial, retail and leisure portfolio, with around 4.5 million sq. ft of commercial space in our planning pipeline.
Yet, as the scale and ambition of our work grows, we never forget the importance of working to the highest standards on every individual element of every development, creating places in which people, business, culture and society can thrive.
As a graduate on our programme, you will have extensive exposure and hands‑on opportunities throughout our business, from planning and development to healthy and safety, to pre‑construction, design, and on‑site construction management.
You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your time as a graduate as well as a two‑year structured training to meet your professional development needs as we support you to achieve MSCSI chartership.
