A leading accounting firm in Cork is seeking graduates for its 2026 programme. Successful candidates will fast-track their careers to become qualified accountants with support in obtaining ACA or ACCA credentials. The role includes diverse training across tax, governance, and auditing, alongside in-house training and competitive benefits including salaries, exam fees, and study leave.

Our graduate programme fast tracks you to success, moving you from graduate to qualified accountant with either Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Moore has platinum status with ACCA, allowing ACCA trainees to avail of the exemption to prepare a training diary during the course of their traineeship with us.
Our programme is aimed at third level (level 8) graduates coming from accounting/business & finance academic backgrounds. You do not need to have had prior practical experience in an accounting firm in order to apply.
