Job summary

Designer Group, a leading M&E contractor, is seeking a Planner Graduate to join the Project Controls and Planning team in Dublin. You will develop practical experience in project planning across major M&E projects, learning to monitor programmes, track progress and identify delays and risks.

You will work with experienced Planners and project teams to update schedules, produce progress reports, and contribute to dashboards while developing an understanding of planning methodologies and

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of project programmes.
• Support project teams with progress updates and reporting.
• Track project milestones and key activities.
• Assist with schedule analysis and updates.
• Identify programme risks, delays and dependencies.
• Assist with progress reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, commercial and project teams.
• Learn and apply planning methodologies within M&E projects.
