Qualifications

• BSc in Nursing (General / Mental Health / Intellectual Disability / Children's) and registration eligibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible to work days/nights/weekends as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care per care plans.
• Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures with guidance.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families and colleagues.
• Uphold infection prevention and control standards.
• Raise concerns within your scope of practice.
• Practise in line with NMBI Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
• Participate in training, preceptorship and CPD.
