Roadstone Ltd. invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme 2027 as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer within the Operations Division, based at one of Roadstone’s main locations across Ireland.

Successful candidates will learn and understand the operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant, contribute to sustainability and efficiency projects, and help uphold high health, safety and environmental standards while developing technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills.

Qualifications

• A relevant third level Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• A clean driving licence will be required, as a company vehicle is supplied.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Proactive, organised, results driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Role: Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Roadstone is the leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials in Ireland. Roadstone’s nationwide business includes the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of construction products including concrete, aggregates, asphalt and macadam, concrete blocks and paving products.

Graduates are invited to apply for the position of Graduate Mechanical Engineer as part of the Operations Division based in one of the main Roadstone locations. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Operations Manager.

There are positions available throughout Ireland such as Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Mayo, Clare, Meath, Waterford.

About The Role

Graduates will take part in our two-year graduate development programme, which will guide you through a semi-structured programme across various areas in our business in order to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills.
