Job summary

Roadstone Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer for the 2027 intake. The role sits within the Operations Division and reports to the Operations Manager.

Positions are available across major Irish locations including Cork, Dublin and others, with a structured two-year development programme to build technical and leadership skills. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience with mobile and fixed plant, exposure to sustainability projects, and a focus on health,

Role: Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Roadstone is the leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials in Ireland. Roadstone’s nationwide business includes the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of construction products including concrete, aggregates, asphalt and macadam, concrete blocks and paving products.

Graduates are invited to apply for the position of Graduate Mechanical Engineer as part of the Operations Division based in one of the main Roadstone locations. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Operations Manager.

There are positions available throughout Ireland such as Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Mayo, Clare, Meath, Waterford.

About The Role

The candidate will have the following specific responsibilities:

• Learn & understand the operation and maintenance requirements of our mobile and fixed plant and equipment.
