Job summary

Alter Domus in Ireland invites high-potential graduates to join its Graduate Programme, commencing September each year, with 12-month rotations across Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Estate and Fund of Funds. You will handle day-to-day fund operations, onboarding, fund setup, NAV calculations, and audit support, while learning to work with investors, managers, tax authorities and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Working towards a 2.1 degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• Interest in accounting for investment products and funds across Real Estate, Private Equity or Private Debt industries.
• Pursuing ACCA pathway for professional development.
• Enjoy collaborating within a team and delivering reliable results.

Responsibilities

• Take care of day-to-day fund operations and liaise with investors and fund managers.
• Participate in onboarding and training to gain industry skills and context.
• Assist in fund setup and complex international real estate structures within restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Prepare funds’ NAV calculations and year-end financial statements; support audits and related reports.
• Review tax returns and balances; maintain contacts with tax authorities.
• Assist with onboarding of new funds and coordinate with independent tax specialists and lawyers.
