Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is recruiting graduates for the Water and Energy Engineering Graduate Programme 2027. The role is based in Dublin, Cork or Galway, Ireland, with a structured development path and client-facing project experience.

You will be trained across a range of projects, supported by experienced consultants, and will progress toward professional qualifications while building relationships with clients and teams. Applications close 30 November 2026, with interviews in December 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to obtain a relevant degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Degree subject must be one of: BEng or MEng.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in Water and Energy engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist across a range of Water and Energy projects.
• Provide consultancy input to clients and contribute to project delivery.
• Develop key client relationships as part of the graduate programme.
