Job summary

NeoDyne in Dublin is seeking a 2027 Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the System Integration team on a full-time basis. The two-year graduate programme places you on projects where you contribute to power generation, automation and energy systems, building skills in design, testing and commissioning.

You'll work with HV/MV electrical design, PLC/SCADA automation, and protection studies, using leading software and travelling to client sites for hands-on experience and professional growth

Qualifications

• Level 8 Degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering.
• 0-2 years' experience in a similar electrical design role or Work Placement.
• Full Irish driving license and car, OR must be achieved within the first 12 months of employment.
• 0-2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing process improvement role or Work Placement.

Responsibilities

• HV/MV electrical design, power generation, PLC and SCADA automation, control logic programming, control panel hardware design, and site testing & commissioning.
• Opportunity to use state-of-the-art engineering software for control and protection design and substation layouts, plus power system modelling for studies.
• Generate technical documentation and travel to customer sites for installation, testing and commissioning.
