Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Dublin is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Water Division. You’ll design safe, sustainable water and wastewater systems and contribute to projects that address climate change and growing communities.

You’ll be supported by a mentoring programme and a three-year early careers development scheme, Accelerating Your Future, with hands-on training, exposure to real projects, and clear pathways to professional registration.

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Masters degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected.
• Demonstrated interest in water or civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Design pipelines, water and wastewater facilities across feasibility to detailed design stages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Support project lifecycle from planning and modelling to construction and handover.
• Utilise digital tools to enhance design quality and collaboration.
