Roadstone is seeking Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Road Contracts Division in Cork. You will participate in a two‑year graduate development programme designed to build technical, interpersonal and commercial skills through hands‑on, mentored experience in road projects.

• A relevant third level Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar qualification.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• A clean driving licence will be required, as a company vehicle is supplied.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, results driven and self‑motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• An ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines in order to produce results.
• Strong computer literacy skills.

About the role

We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Road Contracts Division. We are providing a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the planning, execution, and management of road construction projects. Successful graduates will work closely with experienced engineers, contributing to the successful delivery of road infrastructure for major clients.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Monitor our output to ensure our jobs and products meet the targeted quality specifications.

• Ability to communicate information and plans effectively to both employees, contractors and other stakeholders who we work with.

Candidates should ideally possess:
