Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a motivated associate to join our Process and Performance Team in Ireland. The role provides hands-on experience across business process management, data analysis, project management, and reporting, contributing to operational excellence and company success.

You will collaborate with leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive improvements, develop critical reports, and assist with change initiatives, while benefiting from a hybrid work model and career

Qualifications

• 0-2 years industry or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• Masters’ qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Proficient with data analytics tools, including Power BI desirable.
• Ability to work within a team environment and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Pride in the quality and presentation of their work.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about their career and progression.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leaders to manage existing business processes, workflows and procedures.
• Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement changes.
• Support portfolio management of improvement initiatives across the business.

• Assist business leaders with planning and facilitation of workshops.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams to ensure process execution and compliance.
