John Sisk & Son is seeking proactive Building Services Engineering graduates across Ireland to join our 27‑month Early Careers Graduate Programme. If you’ve recently graduated in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, you could help us deliver high‑quality projects from day one.

The programme offers hands‑on rotations across live projects in the UK, Ireland and Europe, with mentoring and a clear path to chartership. Mobility across regions is essential for rotations.

• Recently graduated or be on track to graduate with anElectrical or Mechanical Engineeringdegree,ready tojoin Sisk’s Early Careers Graduate Programme in September 2027. Over 27 months, you’ll complete up to three rotations across the business gaining exposure to live projects, commercial operations and technical delivery.
• Geographic mobility isessential- you’ll be expected to work across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe, including at least one rotation outside your home jurisdiction.
