Job summary

The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a senior-level professional to lead operational change and data governance initiatives within the Technology and Transformation division.

This permanent, whole-time role involves delivering governance strategies, policies and management procedures across multiple internal and external stakeholders, while providing strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Significant operational experience in managing and delivering change in a complex environment.
• Significant operational experience in developing and implementing Data and/or Information Governance strategies, policies, and management procedures.
• Significant experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including team management.
