Job summary

RBK is a leading business advisory and accounting firm seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Governance, Risk and Assurance team. You will lead engagements spanning governance, risk management, AML/CTF, data protection and outsourcing for diverse clients including credit unions and not-for-profits.

You will manage a portfolio, lead a team of accountants, report to the partner, and drive high-quality reviews while building client relationships across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance or similar.
• Professional qualification in risk, compliance or internal audit desirable but not essential.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in risk, compliance, governance and/or internal audit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced risk management and outsourced compliance functions.
• Lead outsourced internal audit engagements and develop bespoke internal control reviews.
• Manage workflows to deliver quality work within budgets and timelines; supervise and coach a team.
• Present outcomes of reviews to the partner and liaise with GRA administrator to prepare materials.
• Assess internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
