Job summary

Sanofi in Waterford, Ireland is seeking a Training Manager to lead GMP-compliant training programs across the plant, ensuring staff are qualified to meet regulatory standards and drive operational excellence.

You will partner with department heads to design curricula, manage the training team, support regulatory inspections, and contribute to QMS processes, including deviations and CAPAs. This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP and quality management systems in pharma.
• Ability to develop and evaluate training programs.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and data-driven improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual GMP training programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create plans.
• Support curricula for different areas and lead training sessions for staff.
• Monitor completion of the training plan and identify risks.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials reflecting regulatory changes.
• Lead continuous improvement of training materials and processes.
• Support regulatory inspections by presenting training records and materials.
• Manage and qualify the training team for their activities.
• Contribute to QMS-related training (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control).
• Represent the site in the Training CoP and participate in CoE as needed.
