Job summary

Sanofi Waterford seeks a Training Manager to lead GMP-compliant training development and delivery across the plant. You will partner with department heads to design customized curricula, manage a training team, and drive continuous improvement while supporting regulatory inspections and QMS processes.

You will champion training quality, ensure staff are qualified, and align programs with global practice through the CoP and CoE initiatives, contributing to regulatory readiness and operational

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to create effective training programs and materials to meet regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and using data to improve programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for training and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver GMP-compliant training programs across the plant.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design curricula.
• Lead the training team and ensure qualification of staff for training activities.
• Support regulatory inspections with training records and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of training material and methods.
• Represent the site in global Communities of Practice and CoE training efforts.
