Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive GMP-compliant training programs across the plant. You will partner with department heads to design curricula, manage the training team, and drive continuous improvement while supporting regulatory inspections and QMS processes.

You will oversee annual training plans, collaborate on curricula for different areas, and conduct training for new hires and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management systems in the pharmaceutical industry ensuring GMP compliance.
• Ability to create effective training programs and materials meeting regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and how training aligns with them.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver GMP-compliant training programs across the plant.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design plans.
• Lead the training team and manage curricula across areas.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor training plan completion and identify risks or weaknesses.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.
• Update training materials for regulatory changes and best practices.
• Support regulatory inspections with training records and processes.
• Contribute to QMS-related training activities (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control).
• Represent the site in Training CoP and related global initiatives.
