Job summary

The Quality Manager will lead QA activities across GMP, GLP, and GCP, oversee the QMS, manage supplier audits, and drive continuous improvement to ensure inspection readiness. This role requires 5–7 years in QA, a bioscience degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in Quality Assurance roles.
• Knowledge of FDA/EU GMP regulations and GMP/GDP processes.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organization and teamwork.
• Experience with QMS development, audits, and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GMP/GCP QA activities and maintain the QMS.
• Audit CMOs and suppliers; manage CAPA and corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support change controls and quality system tools (Deviations, CAPAs).
• Ensure training and cross-functional guidance on GMP regulations.
