Job summary

Takeda Bray, Ireland, is seeking personnel for a production role focused on manufacturing finished pharmaceutical products to meet quality standards. The role requires compliance with cGMP, completing batch records, and maintaining a clean 5S workstation.

Candidates should have Leaving Certificate or equivalent and at least 1 year in a pharmaceutical environment, with strong PC literacy and good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Environment preferable. A third level science qualification (Cert./Diploma) would be an advantage.
• Basic PC literacy and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with quality standards and cGMP in Production.
• Manufacture of product per production schedules and BMRs with proper safety procedures.
• Accurate completion of checks per Electronic Batch Records and documents.
• Maintain GMP adherence and 5S in the work centre.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve downtime and improve productivity.
• Participate in safety initiatives and reporting of accidents/near misses.
• Contribute to SOPs and Manufacturing Batch Records as required.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean tools usage (SMED, RCA, Kaizen, FMEA, 5S).
• Participate in cross-functional training and performance dialogues.
