STEM Recruitment Partners are seeking a Production Support Engineer for a 12-month contract in South Dublin. The role provides hands-on engineering support to a 24-hour production operation, collaborating with production, maintenance and engineering teams across formulation, filling, lyophilisation and packaging.

The ideal candidate has a third-level engineering degree and 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Experience with shift-based manufacturing is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide real-time engineering support to a 24-hour production operation.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment across formulation, filling, lyophilisation and packaging.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, root causes and corrective actions.
• Attend daily production meetings and drive actions to completion.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with GxP procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support change controls and engineering projects.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and maintenance technicians.
