• 2-4 years' relevant engineering experience.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience with Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise process equipment within a GMP manufacturing environment
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and equipment reliability improvements
• Support validation, requalification and lifecycle management of qualified equipment
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Validation, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams
• Identify and implement process optimisation, efficiency and capacity improvements
