Horseware Ireland is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Ireland to join our team. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, drive factory performance and on-time delivery, and advocate for process improvements across the supply chain.

The role focuses on optimizing finished goods flow, monitoring POs and ERP data, and contributing to IBP. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in planning, experience with ERP and Power BI, and a degree in business or supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Supply and Demand Planning, Operations, or other related supply chain functions
• Experience in branded consumer goods with global supply chain is a plus
• Analytical skills and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ambition to learn new skills and technology
• Experience with ERP solutions, Power BI, and advanced Excel is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Collaborate within Planning and the wider Supply Chain to ensure day-to-day continuity and support continuous improvement
• Monitor factory and supply chain capacity and optimise finished goods flow
• Track purchase order performance and ERP planning data, resolving issues
• Develop predefined analytics to support planning decisions and problem solving
• Contribute to IBP process through Supply Review and process development
• Maintain knowledge of suppliers, products, customers and business needs
• Represent Supply Planning in cross-functional meetings to drive performance
