Job summary

Hamilton Robson in Dublin is seeking an experienced Client Project Manager to lead construction, fit-out and building services projects for international clients. This full‑time role offers UK, Ireland, EMEA and USA travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction, fit-out, M&E or related environments.
• PRINCE2 / PMP / APM certification or membership of a professional body (APM/CIOB/RICS).
• Excellent planning, organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, resources and commercial performance.
• Experience delivering workplace technology, AV integration, smart building or specialist fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships for successful outcomes.
• Manage scope, change requests and variations to maintain objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular client updates.
• Support continuous improvement through reviews and lessons learned.
