Job summary

Stripe seeks a Product Designer to work with product managers and engineers to envision features for the Stripe Dashboard and checkout surfaces. You will partner with go-to-market teams to bring features to users, including localization for priority geographies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, shaping a vision for products in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft across product design.
• Demonstrated prototyping ability with AI tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication through design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understand user workflows and pain points, and iterate on high-quality designs to solve user needs.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy to define a north star for new features.
• Prototype experiences for user research testing and internal communication.
• Collaborate across Stripe to craft seamless dashboard user experiences.
• Conduct user research to test design decisions before shipping.
• Work with design systems teams to leverage templates and components.
