Job summary

Clear-Engineering-Recruitment is seeking a Global Pharma Account Manager based in Dublin. You will own strategic global pharmaceutical accounts across regions, building relationships at senior levels and guiding multi-country projects.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12+ years in B2B sales, proven multinational account management, and deep HVAC/clean-room domain knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B sales, strategic sales or key account management.
• Proven experience managing multinational or global customers.
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanrooms, HVAC or other critical/regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC solutions within technically demanding environments.
• Experience developing relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing complex buying processes.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• The ability to coordinate stakeholders across different regions, cultures and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic global pharmaceutical accounts across multiple regions and markets.
• Act as the primary commercial contact at corporate, regional and site levels.
• Develop and execute multi-year global account plans, including growth targets and opportunity strategies.
• Identify and influence pharmaceutical projects at an early stage to ensure solutions are specified.
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, EPCs, consultants and key industry influencers.
• Coordinate international sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent global account strategy.
• Develop framework agreements, preferred supplier relationships and global pricing strategies.
• Lead and support complex, high-value bids and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor pharmaceutical market trends and identify emerging customer requirements and opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges into technically and commercially compelling HVAC and clean-air solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and account information within CRM systems.
