You will learn to move money, support liquidity, and engage with product, implementation and client coverage teams across Pay In/Pay Out, Merchant Services and Commercial Card. Expected graduation in Jan 2028–Sept 2028, with mentorship, training and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Interest in global payments/fintech with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong research, project management and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and perform under pressure.
• Energetic, confident approach and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and oral English communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Begin learning how we support clients’ cash management needs and technology‑based payment solutions, from Ireland into wider regional and global corridors
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet evolving client needs
• Gain exposure to product, implementation and client coverage teams across Global Payments (including Payments, Merchant Services and Commercial Card)
• Contribute to developing ideas that improve the client experience and transform the payments landscape
• Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team
