Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Ireland is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end execution, procurement, and fulfilment for project requests. You will act as a central operational point to source goods, allocate materials, transfer between hubs, and ensure delivery in line with SLAs.

The role requires strong inventory oversight, proactive communication with stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, IT Operations, and Warehouse teams to drive delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of project-specific requests and procurement.
• Coordinate inter-hub stock transfers and regional delivery schedules.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communications on milestones and lead times.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and compliance with SLAs.
