Tandem Project Management Ltd. is seeking a Global Product Launch Manager (Operations) to support development and delivery of operational launch strategies across functions.

The role involves coordinating launch readiness, ensuring on-time delivery of launch stock, and managing cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, regulatory and commercial units globally. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science, Engineering or Business, 5 years’ pharma experience, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
• 5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical company, with accountability for implementing high-profile projects.
• Project Management qualification desirable; MS, PhD or MBA is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet and other project management tools and systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational execution of global product launches across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and market organisations.
• Establish actions, owners and timelines for launch activities.
• Monitor progress against integrated launch plans and resolve delays.
• Engage partners to understand launch expectations, scope and accelerate timelines.
• Onboard new internal/external manufacturing sites for launches.
• Coordinate problem-solving across launch programmes and assess implications of proposed solutions.
• Develop solutions using supply chain knowledge and network insights.
