Job summary

Hanley Energy in Ireland is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage global inventory for FG and RM, aligning with the S&OP process. The role can be based in Dundalk or Stamullen with regular travel between sites.

You will develop plans to maintain inventory levels, ensure timely supplier deliveries, run Slow Movers reports, and collaborate with Supply, Material Planners and Stores to keep SAP housekeeping accurate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an inventory planning or production planning role.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence colleagues.
• Sound organizational and communication skills.
• Team player and highly organized with strong planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans for maintaining inventory levels for FG & RM and anticipate shortages based on S&OP plans.
• Ensure supplier components are delivered in line with production schedules and inventory targets.
• Run Slow Movers reports on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with Supply Planners & Material Planners to monitor Non-Committed Stock and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain SAP housekeeping to reflect physical stock and inter-company transfers.
