Astrum Search partners with a global listed organisation to recruit a Group Internal Control Manager based in Dublin. This is a broad, high-profile role within a developing Group Internal Control function. You’ll help evolve the control framework while leading and supporting projects across SOX, process improvement, automation and wider business transformation.

The role is based at the organisation's Group HQ in Dublin 3 x per week. Despite this being a global role, travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Experience across internal controls, financial compliance or audit.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the SOX programme across assigned regions.
• Improving and standardising the internal control framework.
• Partnering with finance and business leaders globally.
• Supporting risk assessments, control testing and remediation.
• Contributing to transformation and technology-change projects.
