Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks an Internal Audit Program Lead / Senior Quality Auditor to oversee audits across Abbott Diagnostics manufacturing sites, affiliates, suppliers and third-party manufacturers worldwide. This role requires strong GMP and regulatory knowledge and up to 65% international travel.

You will lead audit planning, CAPA recommendations, and reporting to site and divisional leadership, collaborating with global teams to strengthen Abbott's quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• Quality Management Certification or Medical Technology certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulated pharma/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across Abbott Diagnostics manufacturing and commercial affiliate sites.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend CAPAs to close gaps.
• Support inspection readiness across Abbott Diagnostics sites.
