Job summary

Flutter Entertainment is seeking a senior Group Indirect Tax Manager to lead the global gaming tax strategy and oversee multi-jurisdictional compliance. You will partner with regional heads and SMEs to ensure accurate disclosures and robust tax positions across regions.

You’ll design global processes for tax returns, manage SOX governance, and support regulatory engagements while working with Finance BI on automation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong global indirect tax compliance management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret complex tax rules and advise non-tax stakeholders.
• Experience with US GAAP disclosures and tax provisons is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Flutter’s global gaming tax strategy.
• Monitor tax trends and risks with SMEs worldwide, escalating issues to senior stakeholders.
• Provide oversight of gaming tax positions and risk assessments across regions.
• Assist Group and regional Tax Heads on high-risk gaming tax matters.
• Collaborate with SEC Tax reporting and global SMEs on disclosures.
• Design and maintain global processes for betting and gaming tax returns and SOX controls.
• Track KPIs and manage delivery of tax returns and governance.
