Job summary

Okta in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Global Health & Safety Manager to design, govern, and continually improve Okta’s health, safety, and occupational wellness framework. The role anchors in Dublin but scales across global sites through vendors and partners.

You will lead regulatory compliance across regions, manage workers' compensation programs, and drive a proactive safety culture with KPI tracking and CAPA. Hybrid work model in a global organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive EH&S leadership experience in multinational or tech environments.
• Global scope across EMEA, Americas, APAC.
• Experience managing global workers' compensation programs and RTW processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global health and safety vendor ecosystem and manage SLAs, KPIs, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee global workers' compensation, claims, RTW, and regulatory reporting.
• Formulate and enforce global H&S SOPs, risk assessments, and compliance across regions.
• Direct Ergonomics program across offices and remote workforce.
• Lead incident investigations and CAPA, coordinating with GSOC and security teams.
