Allianz Partners is seeking a Data Insight Analytics Specialist within Global Health Operations. You will support the Data Insights Manager by delivering meaningful, aligned data insights to inform strategic decisions across AP International Health entities, including Allianz Care, NextCare, Medi-24, Mawista and Australia.

Qualifications

• Medical background is a requirement.
• Fraud, Waste and Abuse skills and experience.
• Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
• Ability to make prompt, intelligent decisions based on detailed analysis of complex issues.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; ability to deal with customers and business partners.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain reports and data in line with defined KPIs.
• Design, create, maintain and analyze dashboards and KPIs across data tools.
• Support Global Project Manager for Reporting and Analytics on health data projects.
• Interpret data relationships to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Identify trends and anomalies in data and explain them.
• Summarize data into insights and present to senior leadership.
