Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Copywriter and Editor to join the Copywriting Team in Dublin. You will create, edit and maintain Self-Help articles for players and internal knowledge content for agents, ensuring clarity and consistent tone across all materials.

As the team’s English language expert, you will uphold high standards of grammar and structure while supporting ongoing content improvements. A relevant degree and a strong portfolio are preferred.

Qualifications

• Native English level (C2) with exceptional spoken and written communication.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to grammar and detail.
• Proven experience in content creation with ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating writing across instructional, knowledge-based, or customer-facing content.
• Experience with knowledge bases or content platforms; CMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple content tasks and maintain up-to-date information.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain Self-Help articles that help players understand game topics and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge articles, FAQs, and pre-written responses for support.
• Ensure language, tone, and structure are clear, consistent, and accessible across content.
• Collaborate with the copywriting team and stakeholders to translate complex information into clear content.
• Support team members in developing English language and instructional writing skills.
• Monitor policy and process changes and reflect them in knowledge content and documentation.
