The Copywriter and Editor joins the Copywriting Team, a global team responsible for managing player-facing and internal knowledge content for a Keywords Studios client. This role is based in Keywords International Ltd. Ground Floor, The Hive, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 Y2C9, Ireland.
The role is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, engaging knowledge content for both players and Player Support agents. This includes Self-Help articles that help players understand game-related topics and resolve common issues independently, as well as internal knowledge articles and FAQs that support efficient and consistent customer service. As the team’s English language and editorial expert, the Copywriter and Editor helps maintain high standards across all knowledge content, ensuring complex information is communicated in a clear, concise, and easy-to-follow way for different audiences.
The salary for this role is EUR 37,545 gross per annum
The required number of hours worked per week is 40 hours
