Job summary

TOM People is assisting an innovative insurance business to recruit an FP&A Accountant in Ireland. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to drive business performance across international markets from Dublin.

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Accountant with 0–3 years PQE, preferably Big 4 trained, with strong Excel modelling, stakeholder management and presentation skills. Join a team focused on performance improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 0-3 years PQE.
• Big 4 training preferred; experience in Insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Carry out revenue and cost reconciliations to identify key business drivers.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams.
• Identify risks, opportunities and key actions to improve performance.
• Support business projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
