Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Financial Markets / Investment Management and Servicing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or education preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry is required.
• Ability to teach Functional information to employees of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Functional onboarding, New Hire curriculums and other financial skills training.
• Conduct both classroom and virtual instructor‑led training.
• Cross-train with other trainers and business unit staff.
• Liaise with subject‑matter experts to support training material development.
• Participate in staff development activities to enhance presentation skills.
