Job summary

Abbott seeks a highly strategic Global Finance AI Transformation Program Manager to lead complex finance transformation initiatives across our global organization, with a focus on Record-to-Report processes and enterprise-wide programs.

You will partner with senior Finance leaders, PMO teams, Accounting and Technology leaders to define, deliver, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related.
• Minimum 10 years in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Transformation or PMO.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple global Finance transformation programs focused on AI adoption and process optimization.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, governance, and success metrics.
• Drive execution across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Align Finance, Accounting, Technology, PMO and stakeholders for outcomes.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to executives.
