Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Dublin seeks an experienced Entity Controller to join the International Accounting team. You will lead the monthly close, coordinate statutory audits, and produce technical memos under US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102, while partnering with Tax, Treasury, and Legal on diverse fintech initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting, Big 4 background preferred, ACA/ACCA/CIMA, and strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting, preferably Big 4 audit and industry experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102.
• Strong consolidation and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional finance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close for US GAAP and local books with reconciliations and reporting.
• Own statutory audit process and board presentations.
• Maintain fluency with US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102 and prepare technical memos.
• Collaborate with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, and Legal teams.
• Supervise finance outsourcing partners to ensure compliance and timely filings.
• Drive process efficiencies through automation and simplification.
• Monitor Ireland accounting/tax regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee preparation and review of tax returns.
