Fluence is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer responsible for leading the commissioning of energy storage projects globally. The position plays a critical role in ensuring systems are compliant and operational.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, at least 10 years of work experience, and relevant knowledge of battery storage systems. Strong communication skills and fluency in both English and German are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant knowledge of inverter and switchgear for low and medium voltage.
• Excellent knowledge of battery energy storage related standards.

Responsibilities

• Commission Fluence Projects in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans.
• Lead commissioning efforts to handover to the O&M team.
