Job summary

Arcadis seeks an Electrical Discipline Lead to drive electrical design across large-scale facilities, from datacentres to manufacturing plants. You will manage and mentor junior staff, set design standards, and collaborate withLead Engineers to deliver robust, compliant electrical solutions.

You will guide scopes, reviews, and documentation, while supporting proposals and client engagements. Strong leadership and extensive MV/LV experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in high-tech facility electrical design.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design across MV/LV systems for complex facilities.
• Direct junior engineers and designers; review and approve design outputs.
• Develop scopes of work, perform design reviews, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support proposals and client presentations; contribute to business development.
