U.S. Bank’s Elavon unit seeks a Deal Onboarding Analyst for the Global Corporate Trust team. You will manage deal setups across multiple platforms, gather tax documentation, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to controls, and timely escalation of issues, with opportunities for growth within the DOM and wider corporate trust functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with trust and securities operational functions.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Set up structured finance deals across systems following the target operating model.
• Gather tax documentation and process fees for multiple products.
• Serve as escalation contact for business line queries and requests.
• Participate in UAT testing and bank projects as required.
• Escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
• Seek improvements and enhanced controls in DMC processes.
