Customs Support Group is seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator to oversee import, export and transit declarations for clients. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to processes, and continuous improvement of procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customs declarations or a closely related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Run all activities associated with processing customs documentation for import/export and transit.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness against SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Revenue, HMRC and company procedures.
• Communicate with Port and Revenue authorities as required.
• Communicate with customers and supply chain partners as required.
• Perform data entry accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on changing customs regulations and implement digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Customs teams across Europe and provide general admin support.
