Job summary

EML Payments is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager – Assurance and Testing to lead global compliance assurance and testing across multiple regulatory regimes. You will provide independent review of control effectiveness and develop robust testing methodologies to support regulatory compliance and business objectives.

The role requires strategic leadership, coordinating across time zones and functions, and driving standardized testing approaches while enabling delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading assurance reviews across risk and compliance functions.
• Global, matrixed experience in payments/fintech is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of multiple regulatory frameworks (EU, UK, US, APAC) and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compliance assurance programmes across jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide testing strategies and frameworks.
• Ensure testing aligns with regulatory expectations and business objectives.
• Plan and execute testing programmes across business units and regions.
• Coordinate testing for new regulatory requirements and changes.
• Drive testing automation and technology enhancements.
